Using Whirlpool

How do I correct a spelling mistake in the title of a new Whirlpool thread I created?

If you would like the title of your thread to be changed—for example, you misspelt SkyMesh!—you can ask the moderators to change it for you. To do so, simply herring your first post in the thread, select ‘Other’ as the reason and kindly ask for the title to be changed in the Justification section. If your original post is too old to be herringed, just create a new thread in the ‘Talk with a Moderator’ forum and make your request there.

How do I determine what Connectivity Serving Area (CSA) I’m in?

We’ll need to know your CSA if you ask us for recent speed test results for existing customers in a particluar area.

  1. Enter your address on this rollout map;
  2. Click on the More Info link near the bottom of the page (this method will not work if the map indicates NO SERVICE INFO);
  3. In the “Details” table on the left side of the page, look for “Connectivity Service Area”. The name of the CSA is inside the parentheses. For example, Woolloongabba 2 CSA.

If you’re an existing customer, you can also try performing a SkyMesh speed test.

  1. Open http://speedtest.skymesh.com.au/;
  2. Indicate how your computer is connected to your router or modem by clicking on one of the buttons;
  3. Click on the “Begin Test” button;
