If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with Skymesh internet service within the first 30 days of activation, you are entitled to a full refund of your chosen internet plan.

Notice Period

In order to qualify for a refund, new customers who have not been connected with Skymesh before are required to contact our customer support team on 1300 759 637 within 30 days of service activation. Service activation occurs on the same day as your first invoice.

Router Refund Policy

Any router purchased alongside your internet service will be eligible for a refund once it is returned to Skymesh. To qualify for the router refund, the router must be returned, in the original packaging and in good condition, within 60 days of the service cancellation. Any shipping fees associated with returning the router are the responsibility of the customer.

Refund Process

Refunds will be made to the original credit or debit card used during the sign-up process.

nbn® New Development Fees

A property identified by nbn® co as a New Development Location is subject to nbn® co’s once-off New Developments Charge if the property has never had an active nbn® service. Any fees associated with new developments are charged by nbn® and non-refundable by Skymesh.

Phone Plans

Refunds exclude any call charges associated with home phone or Voip plans.
