Email Setup

Key Settings required for setting up your Skymesh email account in a mail client (Outlook, Thunderbird, etc). Please note that if you have moved to Sky Muster Plus, you will need to speak to our Technical Support team on 1300 759 637 to enable SASL (Simple Authentication and Security Layer) on your mailbox before setting it up in a mail client.

Incoming email settings: 

• Username: Full Skymesh email address ([email protected])
• Password: Your password for your Skymesh email (Can’t remember your password? Call Skymesh today to reset)
• Server Type: POP3 / POP
• Incoming Server: mail.skymesh.com.au
• Port Number: 995
• Incoming SSL: On

Outgoing email settings:

• Outgoing Server: mail.skymesh.com.au
• Outgoing SSL: On
• Port Number: 465
• Outgoing Authentication: None (On Sky Muster Plus, this should be your Skymesh email password instead)

*Please note: if you’re using a mobile phone or currently travelling, you may need to use the outgoing mail server settings of your current service provider.
