Email Setup
For Sky Muster Basic customers:
Key Settings required for setting up your Skymesh email account.
Incoming email settings:
- Username: Full Skymesh email address (example@skymesh.com.au)
- Password: Your password for your Skymesh email (Can’t remember your password? Call Skymesh today to reset)
- Server Type: POP3 / POP
- Incoming Server: mail.skymesh.com.au
- Port Number: 995
- Incoming SSL: On
Outgoing email settings:
- Outgoing Server: mail.skymesh.com.au
- Outgoing SSL: On
- Port Number: 465
- Outgoing Authentication: None
For Sky Muster customers:
To set up your Skymesh email account, you must contact Customer Technical Support to enable it through SASL (Simple Authentication and Security Layer) before you access our web server.
After talking to our team, you can follow the Key Settings required for Sky Muster account.

- Username: Full Skymesh email address (example@skymesh.com.au)
- Password: Your password for your Skymesh email (Can’t remember your password? Call Skymesh today to reset)
- Server Type: POP3 / POP
- Incoming Server: mail.skymesh.com.au
- Port Number: 995
- Incoming SSL: On
Outgoing email settings:
- Outgoing Server: mail.skymesh.com.au
- Outgoing SSL: On
- Port Number: 465
- Outgoing Authentication: Normal Password
*Please note, if you’re using a mobile phone, or currently traveling, you may need to use the outgoing mail server settings of your current service provider.
