    Skymesh: nbn® Sky Muster® equipment is owned and maintained by nbn® Co at no cost to the customer for the life of the service.

    Starlink: Rental equipment remains the property of Starlink. Must be returned within 30 days of cancelling service or $549 charge applies.

    Equipment Warranty

    Skymesh: nbn® maintains equipment for the life of the service. Faults repaired or replaced at nbn® Co’s cost.

    Starlink: 12-month manufacturer warranty for Standard Kit. 24-month warranty for High Performance Kit ($2,499).

    Contract Exit Fees
