Request an additional SkyMesh email address

If you would like another SkyMesh email address (you can have up to ten at no additional charge) simply click on the Email tab in My SkyMesh.

Click Add Mailbox and then enter your preferred email address and password and then click the Add Mailbox button. Your password needs to be strong otherwise you might leave yourself open to hacking and spam. Weak passwords include “password” and variations of your username. Try to use some numbers and uppercase letters.

Here’s some advice on how to select a secure password.

You can also create a new email address that’s forwarded to your current email address, just click “Add Redirection”. You’ll need to set up your mail program to check for your new emails.
