Complaints Handling Policy

SkyMesh has one of the lowest complaints rates of any Internet Service Provider of our size, and we’d like to keep it that way. From time to time our customers will have issues that need to be addressed. Rather than have those issues turn into disagreements we have a formal Complaint Handling Process that almost always resolves our customers’ issues, quickly and efficiently.
