Callbacks provide another option for contacting SkyMesh. Requesting a Callback gives you the option of getting on with other things while you wait for SkyMesh to call you as soon as we can.
Requesting a Callback while in the Phone Queue
Callers are given the option of requesting a Callback while they are waiting in the phone queue. SkyMesh will call you back as soon as we can but please note that your place in the queue will not be maintained. Therefore, if your request is urgent, you should wait on the line instead of requesting a Callback and hanging up.
Requesting a Callback via SMS
To request a Callback, simply SMS the keyword CALLBACK to our SMS Robot on 0458759637. It will then organise for Customer Support to call your mobile as soon as they can. If you would like to be called back on a different number, include it after the keyword. If you would like to be called back by Accounts or Sales, include SALES or ACCOUNTS after the keyword.
