It is free to indie artists and free to recipients. There are no covert advertisements attached. The address info received is kept strictly confidential and not shared with any other body. There are no spyware or shareware components. I cover the costs totally by myself. No government grants; just good old fashioned 'goodness of the heart' altruism. It is a simple affair, but very effective and VERY widely read.
