Understanding Your Usage
What is usage?
For broadband (Fibre, Wireless, Satellite, etc.), usage is the amount of data that you download from (and upload to) the Internet.
For telephony (SkyMesh Phone, SkyMesh Voice), usage is the calls you make and the network features you consume via the service.
Does it cost anything?
SkyMesh does not charge excess fees for usage of broadband services. If you exceed your data allowance, your service speed will be limited.
How can I get information about my usage?
All usage is available three ways:
You can view your usage online via My SkyMesh. If you can't access My SkyMesh for any reason, you're welcome to contact SkyMesh Accounts by phoning on 1300 759 637 or emailling firstname.lastname@example.org
How can I manage my usage?
All unbilled SkyMesh Phone and SkyMesh Voice calls (usually minus the last two days) can be found in My SkyMesh on the Calls tab.
Data allowances, usage, and a monthly planner for each of your broadband services can be found in My SkyMesh on the Usage tab.
